The Planner is “in the cloud” as is your data. Much the same as the way you use online banking.
BUT, when you BUY, you make just one payment for a perpetual licence until you tell us you want your data deleted using the form linked in the FAQ. No recurring payments.

Information required to purchase
We need your first and last name and your email address to send the link to your unique Planner environment.
Important information about your email address.
As your data is secured on Google servers, you must use an email address that is associated with a Google Workspace Account. To check this, your email must end in “@gmail.com”. Some businesses setup their company email in a Google Workspace account, but this does not guarantee it is a Gmail account associated with a Google Workspace Account. So please use an email with “@gmail.com” or your planner may not work.
We do this so you get the benefit of the most secure publicly available server environment globally, Google Inc.
If you don’t have a Google email you can set one up by following these instructions. A Gmail account is FREE.
When Will I Get Access to my Planner?
As soon as your payment processes through Stripe, you will receive a Welcome Email to the address you used to BUY the Planner link. Usually less than a minute.
How To Pay For Your Planner
We use Stripe for its very secure payment record.
BEFORE YOU CLICK THE BUY BUTTON. WE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL ENDS IN "@gmail.com"
Enter it in the box and click submit.
If it doesn't you will be asked to try again.
If it does a popup box will appear confirming it is valid. Clik OK
The stripe BUY button will then appear.
If you have paid using Stripe with this email previously and saved your payment details, Stripe will then prompt you to enter the code sent to the phone associated with this email in Stripe. This validation carries the PayLink logo.This then means you can automatically use the previous payment method details. An extra layer of security!
You can choose to proceed without the PayLink if you wish.
Your validated email is then loaded into the form and you just need to enter your name details.
